EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS
To keep our clients informed so that they may order the correct
equipment for their needs we have made this section of our web site.
Please read this page carefully, as mis matching equipment not
only will not work but will damage the equipment. Further more with the addition
of the new R410A refrigerant only compatible units will work with this new
refrigerant.
Also if you are trying to get an Energy Rebate from your local
Power Company you MUST install the correct air handler/evaporator/coil
combinations to get the published efficiency rating in the A.R.I. ( American
Refrigeration Institute ) Directory. This A.R.I. Directory is what your Power
Company will go by, BEFORE issuing you a rebate.
If you are getting quotes from other companies be sure they
understand these important considerations.
We have shown all information about the equipment including the
dimensions and weights.
To use the pages of specifications please click on the links
below and record the information on model number and weight if you want to
find shipping costs.
Disclaimer:
Installation of any Heating or Cooling equipment must be done by persons trained
in this Trade. Serious personal injury or death can occur by improper
installations. Further, equipment warranty from the manufacturer will most
likely be rejected from faulty installations. Furnaces installed at varying altitudes
will require altering equipment parts. L.P. (Propane) installations require
changing burner orifices and gas valve regulator springs with the proper factory
supplied kit. Fuel pressure will need to be set using special equipment by an
H.V.A.C. professional. (2) stage furnaces will require a 2 stage heating
thermostat and related wiring for the furnace to function as it should. Pressure
switches for your altitude will need to be ordered and the pressure switches in
the furnace you receive ( which are installed for the Denver area ) will need to
be replaced with these! Sheridan Mechanical Services will not be liable for any
installations by others nor will we accept any responsibility for damages to
people, equipment, buildings or parts.
Open any shipping cartons and examine contents for damage before accepting
delivery so that you may make a claim to the Carrier on the spot as we will not
be responsible for damages from shipping.
